All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange for merchandise unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Our Beauty Matters has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Our Beauty Matters determines does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at info@ourbeautymatters.org immediately. We will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.

All merchandise is shipped by Our Beauty Matters via USPS in the United States. We do not offer international shipping. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $6 on all orders and automatically added at checkout.
