Kay Williams is a licensed Esthetician and skincare professional, clinically trained and certified in many skin care techniques. For over seven years she has helped men,women, and teens gain confidence and feel comfortable in their own skin. She teaches every client how to care for their skin through a healthy diet and proper skin care. Her goal is to inspire you to feel and look as beautiful as you are. She is the owner of The Skin Therapy Studio in Greensboro, NC.
As the founder of Black Girls Cheer, Sharita's experience is not limited to professional work alone. She is a certified business coach through instruction at North Carolina State University and a Certified Purpose and Vision Navigator. She is a graduate of Inner Vision Institute for Spiritual Development Personal Development Program founded by Iyanla Vanzant. She enjoys supporting others in living their best life by teaching classes, workshops and delivering key note.
Zithobile (Zitty) Nxumalo was born in Swaziland, southern Africa, and moved to Greensboro, NC with her family when she was four years old. She is the Program Manager for Boundless Impact, a nonprofit organization committed to connecting North Carolina communities with the rest of the world. In her role, she serves as a co-facilitator for FlameBuilders, a nine-month global, spiritual leadership institute for young adults.
Desiree Caton is from the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua. She knew at an early age that she wanted to be successful. She has a B.A in History from Guilford College and an M.S in Agricultural Education from NC A&T University. She is an entrepreneur and currently owner of a Natural hair salon, Loc Nation, and also a wellness and fitness company, Visalus. She has never questioned her beauty or knew it mattered until I came to America.
Chevella Wilson is a PhD student in the Leadership Studies Doctoral program at North Carolina A&T State University. Her current focus of research is K-20 leadership, diversity, and building capacity with educators to implement cultural competency and culturally relevant teaching tenets. Ms. Wilson has worked extensively in two urban school systems as a teacher and a school leader. She has published articles, produced chapter(s) in a book, and authored her own book, Culturally Relevant Teaching.
Nomvuyo Osei is a Natural Hair Care Professional located in Greensboro North Carolina. Mrs. Osei has a background in salon ownership, Natural Hair Care training, African Braiding, and Natural Hair Styling.
